I have been going to this dental office for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s been a positive experience overall. The team is always kind and professional, and I appreciate how they handle my dental concerns with such care. Dr. Courtney has a knack for making you feel comfortable, which is not something I’ve often experienced in the past. I had a recent procedure, and he made sure to explain everything beforehand, easing my worries. Another thing I love about this place is how they utilize modern technology; it really makes a difference in the efficiency of the appointments. However, I do think there’s room for improvement when it comes to appointment scheduling. I’ve noticed that the office can get quite busy, leading to longer wait times than I would prefer. I know how hectic things can get, but perhaps adding an extra staff member during peak hours could really help streamline the process. I recently had my first visit and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The receptionist greeted me with a smile, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Courtney was incredibly thorough during my examination. He took the time to explain every step of the process, which I really appreciated as someone who's had some anxiety about dental visits in the past. The hygienist was equally wonderful, making sure I was comfortable and answering all my questions about dental hygiene. The office itself is clean and well-organized, which I find crucial in a dental setting. I was also pleased to see that they use modern equipment, which made everything feel up-to-date. If I had to offer a bit of constructive feedback, it would be nice if they could extend their hours just a bit later, maybe a couple of evenings a week. Other than that, I left feeling informed and confident about my dental health. I've already scheduled my next appointment, and I can’t wait to go back!

I had a great experience with my recent dental appointment! The staff is friendly and professional, which made my visit enjoyable. The only downside was the wait time; I had to sit for about 15 minutes past my appointment time, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the quality of care I received made it worthwhile.
