I’ve been seeing my doctor for quite a while now, and I’ve had mostly great experiences. The office is well-kept, and the staff is friendly, which makes a big difference when you’re feeling under the weather. Dr. Chance is attentive and really seems to care about his patients. I appreciate how he takes the time to explain treatment options and listens to my concerns. One thing I would suggest is that they could improve the check-in process; it can be a little slow at times, especially during peak hours. But overall, I’m satisfied with the care I receive, and I feel comfortable recommending this practice to my friends and family.
