What a great place to buy a used car! I went in to look for an upgrade, and I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and knowledgeable the staff were. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and helped me find a fantastic Ford Escape that had just come in. I appreciated that they didn't pressure me into making a quick decision; instead, they encouraged me to take my time and even test drive a few options. I also loved how they explained the financing process without using too much jargon, making it easy for me to understand my choices. My only suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the cleanliness of the waiting area, as it was a bit cluttered during my visit.
