This credit union has been a great choice for me. The staff is genuinely kind and helpful, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. I did wish they had more branches around town, though, as I have to drive a bit to get to one. Still, I’m satisfied with the services provided and would recommend them to family and friends.

I opened my account here a year ago, and the experience has been mostly positive. The team is very welcoming and always takes the time to answer my questions, which I value. I particularly love their mobile app; it’s intuitive and makes checking balances and transferring funds hassle-free. One downside, though, is that I’ve encountered some minor technical issues that took longer than expected to resolve. But after discussing it with their support, the problem was fixed. As a small business owner, I've been banking here for a few months, and I have to say, I’m thrilled with the service! The loan options are fantastic, and the terms are fair. The loan officer I worked with took the time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciated. They even helped me understand how to improve my credit score, which is a huge plus! The staff is approachable and professional, definitely making my banking experience less intimidating. However, I did experience a bit of a wait time during peak hours, especially on Fridays. It might be helpful if they could add more staff during those busy times. Overall, I highly recommend this credit union for anyone looking for personalized service and great financial products.

I recently joined this credit union and have been really impressed! The staff is super friendly and ready to help. I appreciate their clear explanations of the different accounts and loans available. Plus, the online banking platform is user-friendly, making it easy to manage everything from home. The only thing I’d suggest is having longer hours on Saturdays, as it can be tricky for us working folks to find time during the week.
