I had my first appointment with Dr. Gupta recently, and I was genuinely impressed. The office is well-kept, and the staff was helpful and polite. Dr. Gupta was very attentive and took the time to go over my medical history thoroughly. He asked insightful questions and made me feel like my concerns were valid, which is something I’ve struggled with at other places. He clearly explained the diagnostic process and what I should expect moving forward. The only downside was that I felt a bit rushed when it came to discussing my treatment plan. I would have liked a bit more time to ask questions and clarify my next steps. Nonetheless, I left the appointment feeling hopeful and better informed. I would definitely recommend him based on this initial visit.

Dr. Gupta is fantastic! His knowledge and professionalism are top-notch. The appointment was efficient, and I felt like I was in good hands. The only thing I wish is that the office hours were more flexible, as it can be tough to find a time that works with my schedule. Otherwise, great experience overall!

I had an excellent experience with this neurologist. The staff was friendly, and Dr. Gupta really took the time to listen to me, which made all the difference. He explained everything in detail, so I understood my condition better. The only area for improvement would be to enhance the waiting area—perhaps add some magazines or calming music. I can't say enough good things about my experience. He has an incredible ability to explain complex neurological issues in ways that make sense, which I really appreciated. During my visit, he didn't rush through the appointment; instead, he asked thoughtful questions and engaged in a discussion about my symptoms and possible treatment options. I felt like I was part of the decision-making process, which is so important for someone in my position. The staff was equally impressive—friendly and efficient, making scheduling and paperwork a breeze. My only minor critique would be that the waiting time could be improved, as I did have to wait about 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. However, once I was in with Dr. Gupta, I understood why. He truly spends quality time with each patient, which is a rarity these days. I left feeling reassured and optimistic about managing my condition, which is a huge plus in my book. Overall, I highly recommend him to anyone seeking neurological care. You won't be disappointed!
