I had a really great experience here when I brought my car in for an alignment issue. The staff was welcoming and listened carefully to my concerns. They explained the entire process and what I could expect, which I really appreciated as a car novice. It took a little longer than I expected, but they kept me updated during the wait, which was nice. I noticed they had a good selection of snacks and drinks for customers in the waiting area, which was a pleasant surprise. The final cost was reasonable, and my car drives like new now! My only suggestion would be to improve the seating in the waiting area, as it could be more comfortable. Overall, very pleased with the service.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience! I brought my vehicle in for a check-up after noticing some strange noises. The team was thorough and identified that I needed new brake pads, which I had suspected but was unsure about. They gave me a clear breakdown of costs and timelines, and I felt comfortable with the decision to go ahead with the repairs. They even offered a shuttle service to get me home while they worked on my car, which was a lifesaver! The waiting area was clean and well-kept, and I loved the coffee available. My only critique would be that I felt a little rushed during the explanation of the repairs, as I wanted to ask more questions but didn’t want to hold up the line. Overall, a fantastic auto repair experience. I will definitely be returning for any future needs!
