As a first-time visitor, I was a bit anxious, but I can honestly say that my experience exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. My appointment was with a physician who was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient. They took their time to understand my medical history, and we had a great conversation about my health goals. The only hiccup was that my appointment started about 15 minutes late, but it was clear that the team was busy and doing their best to attend to everyone. I can't say enough good things about my experiences here! The team is just fantastic. I recently went in for a health check-up, and my doctor was not just thorough but also really personable. I had a fantastic experience at this family practice! The staff were incredibly kind, and my doctor was just wonderful. They listened to all my concerns attentively and provided insightful advice that I hadn’t received from previous providers. I’ve been going to this family practice for over a year, and I have to say, I’m impressed with their consistent level of care. Each visit, I’ve encountered friendly staff members who genuinely seem to care about their patients. The doctors take their time to explain any medical issues thoroughly, which I truly appreciate. I once had to bring my children along, and the clinic was very accommodating. They provided coloring books and crayons to keep them entertained while I waited. That said, it can sometimes be difficult to get through on the phone for appointments or questions during peak hours. A little more staffing in that area might improve the experience. Still, I feel well taken care of and would recommend this place to anyone seeking a reliable family practice.
