I recently had my first appointment at this dental practice and was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel instantly comfortable. Dr. Berstecher is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the process, which I really appreciated. He even showed me pictures of my teeth on the screen, which helped me understand the importance of the treatments he recommended. I had a cleaning and a consultation, and both were done with great care. My only minor feedback would be that the wait time was a bit longer than expected, but honestly, it was worth it for the high level of service I received. Overall, I left feeling confident about my dental health and I will definitely be returning for my next check-up!

I had a wonderful experience here! From the welcoming staff to the state-of-the-art equipment, everything felt top-notch. The only thing I’d mention is that sometimes it can be a little tricky to get an appointment during peak hours, but they do try their best to accommodate. I've been visiting this dental office for a couple of years now, and I can’t say enough good things about my experiences! The environment is always so welcoming; it really feels like a second home. The hygienists are kind and gentle, which is a big plus for someone who has a bit of anxiety about dental visits. Dr. Berstecher is exceptional at what he does. Each time, he listens to my concerns and addresses them with a level of expertise that puts me at ease. The office is also super organized; I’ve never had a mix-up with appointments or billing. They even follow up with me after procedures to check in, which shows they genuinely care about their patients. If I had to nitpick, I’d wish they had more flexible weekend hours, but honestly, the care I receive keeps me coming back!
