I can't express how pleased I am with my recent experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and friendly, which made me feel at ease right away. The waiting area was clean and cozy, and I hardly had to wait at all before being called back. Dr. Mattingly himself is incredibly professional; he took the time to explain every step of the process during my check-up and made sure to answer all my questions. The only minor thing I would suggest is perhaps adding a few more magazines in the waiting room for those who do have to wait. I’ve had a lot of dental experiences over the years, but this was by far one of the best! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, which is a big plus for someone who usually dreads going to the dentist. The hygienist was gentle yet thorough, and I appreciated how she made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. Dr. Mattingly was very personable and explained the treatments in a way that I could understand. His attention to detail is evident and I felt my teeth were in great hands. The only downside was that I had to wait a bit longer than expected for my appointment to start, but once I was in the chair, I realized it was worth the wait.
