I recently visited for a check-up, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything went! The staff was friendly, and I hardly had to wait before being seen. Dr. Stephen Lee was very approachable and took the time to explain my treatment options clearly. I liked that he didn’t push any unnecessary procedures but instead focused on what was best for my dental health. The cleaning was efficient, and I appreciated how they used the latest tools - it made the whole experience feel modern and professional. My only suggestion would be to have more reading material in the waiting area, perhaps some magazines or books, to keep patients entertained a bit more while they wait. Overall, it was a great visit, and I’m glad to have found a new dental home!

I had my first visit here last week and was incredibly impressed! The staff was both friendly and professional, and I felt very welcomed throughout my appointment. Dr. Lee was thorough and took the time to answer all my questions, which made me feel much more relaxed about the whole process. The thoroughness of my cleaning was impressive, and I appreciated that they used state-of-the-art technology. My only minor critique is that the appointment reminders could be a bit more proactive. I almost forgot my appointment due to a mix-up in my calendar. However, the quality of care I received far outweighed this small inconvenience. I will be returning!

I've been coming here for a while now, and I can’t recommend this office enough! The level of care and attention is just fantastic. The team really makes you feel comfortable, and they go above and beyond to ensure you’re informed about your dental health. I was impressed by how they follow up after appointments to see how I was feeling post-procedure. It adds a personal touch that’s quite rare these days. My one piece of feedback would be that I wish they were open on Saturdays for those of us with busy schedules. Otherwise, it’s a top-notch dental office!

I had a great experience here! The office is very clean, and the ambiance is calming, which is something I really value when it comes to dental visits. Dr. Lee was very thorough during my examination, and I loved how he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The staff members were all friendly and seemed genuinely interested in my comfort. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that I had a bit of trouble with the online appointment system— it took a couple of tries to get it right. But once I arrived, everything went smoothly. I’m definitely returning for my next check-up!

He asked about my dental history and listened attentively to my concerns about sensitivity. The hygienist was incredibly gentle and thorough, making sure I felt at ease throughout the cleaning. I also appreciated that they offered advanced technology for X-rays, which minimized discomfort. The only small downside was that the scheduling process could be streamlined a bit; I had to wait a little longer than expected for my appointment.
