I can’t say enough good things about my visit to the family practice recently. It's always a bit nerve-wracking going to a new physician, but I felt right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and created a relaxing atmosphere as soon as I walked in. My physician was attentive and took the time to really listen to my health concerns. What stood out to me was the way she explained everything in detail, encouraging me to ask questions, which made me feel involved in my own healthcare decisions. While the facilities were top-notch, I did notice that they don’t have a wheelchair accessible restroom, which could be a concern for some patients. It would be great if they could address that in the future. Despite this, the overall experience was uplifting, and I left feeling well cared for. I had my first visit with a family practice physician recently, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth. My doctor took the time to get to know me and listened to all my concerns without making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find a physician who genuinely cares and provides personalized attention. The office itself is clean and well-organized, which made my visit even more pleasant. The only thing I’d suggest is they could improve on the waiting time, as I waited a bit longer than I hoped. However, the quality of care I received more than made up for it. Overall, a great experience, and I look forward to returning for my follow-up appointment!
