I had a pretty good experience with this tax service. They were very knowledgeable and made the process less stressful than I anticipated. I particularly liked how they made sure I understood everything before signing off on my taxes. The only thing I think could improve is the wait time. My appointment was at 1 PM, and I didn’t get seen until around 1:30 PM. It would be great if they could stick closer to their schedule. Overall though, I feel confident I got the best service possible. I’ll be coming back next year for sure!
