I had a great experience with Dr. McKinlay for my surgical needs. His expertise is evident, and he made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. The office staff were friendly, which added to the positive atmosphere. My only suggestion for improvement would be the scheduling process; I had a little trouble booking my follow-up appointment. Dr. McKinlay is fantastic! I was nervous going into my surgery, but he made the entire process so much easier. His bedside manner is comforting, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I felt supported and informed every step of the way. The only thing that could use some improvement is the acoustics in the waiting area; it can get a bit noisy when it’s busy. Despite that, I would give him four stars for his skill and compassion. I’m really pleased with my outcome and would recommend him without hesitation!
