I had a decent experience with Dr. Puno when I went to see him for some joint pain. The consultation was thorough, and I appreciated that he really dug into the details of my symptoms. He took the time to listen to my concerns about chronic back pain and offered several options tailored to my needs. I particularly loved how he didn’t push for any invasive procedures unless absolutely necessary, which speaks volumes about his approach to patient care. The clinic had a warm atmosphere, which made it feel less clinical and more like a partnership in my health. The only suggestion I have is maybe adding more seating in the waiting area, as it can get a bit crowded at peak times. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Visiting Dr. Puno was a great choice for my recent orthopedic needs. His professionalism is evident from the moment you step into the office. I had an issue with my shoulder, and Dr. Puno took time to not only diagnose the problem but also discuss various treatment paths. The office is equipped with the latest technology, which reassured me a lot. The waiting area was nicely appointed, although there was a bit of a wait before my appointment, which was my only downside. Dr. Puno himself is very personable, which made the whole experience a lot less intimidating for me. I also appreciated how the staff followed up with me a few days later to see how I was doing. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my visit and would recommend his services without hesitation!
