We had a very positive experience selling our home with the help of our agent. They were proactive in marketing our property and provided great advice on staging. I appreciated that they took the time to explain the entire process, from listings to negotiations. The only downside was that the office seemed a bit busy at times; I had to wait a little longer for some responses than I would have liked.
