Finding a doctor who truly cares can be a challenge, but I feel lucky to have found Dr. Osowik. During my first visit, she took the time to understand my medical history and my concerns, making notes and asking the right questions. I appreciated how she didn’t just treat my symptoms, but also looked for underlying issues that could impact my long-term health. The office staff is polite and efficient, which made the administrative side of my visit smooth. However, I did notice that the clinic was a bit crowded during peak hours, which led to a slightly longer wait than I anticipated. They could benefit from implementing a better scheduling system. Regardless, I left feeling optimistic and valued, and I’m looking forward to continuing my care with her in the future. I had my first appointment with Dr. Osowik last week, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Osowik took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. I felt genuinely cared for, which is rare in a family practice. The office was clean and organized, making the visit more comfortable. The only thing that could be improved is the wait time—I was in the waiting room for about 30 minutes. However, it was worth it for the quality of care I received. Highly recommend!
