One area for improvement might be the waiting area; although it was cozy, I noticed it could use a bit more soundproofing to minimize outside noise. Visiting this spa was one of the best decisions I've made recently! I went in with a sore back and came out feeling like a million bucks. I treated myself to a full-body massage followed by a hot stone treatment, and it was a dream! The therapists were not only talented but also very attentive to my needs. I loved how they checked in with me throughout the process, ensuring I was comfortable and satisfied. The only thing I would suggest is to offer a loyalty program; I would love to return regularly and have some kind of rewards system. Additionally, while I appreciated the tranquil music, it could have been a bit softer at times. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I can’t wait to bring my friends along next time or even book a couple’s treatment. I had a really great experience! The foot massage was exactly what I needed after a long week. The therapist was skilled and really listened to my preferences. The only downside was that I wished the treatment lasted longer; I could have easily enjoyed another hour! The overall vibe of the place is relaxing, and I appreciated the cleanliness. I’ll definitely be back for more pampering.
