I had a pretty good experience at this eye care center during my recent visit. The staff were super nice and took their time to ensure I understood everything that was happening during my eye exam. The optometrist was very knowledgeable, answering all my questions without making me feel rushed. I particularly appreciated how they explained the different tests they were performing and why they were important. The selection of glasses was also impressive! I found quite a few styles that I liked, and the staff was really helpful in narrowing down my choices. However, I did feel like a couple of the frames I wanted were a bit pricy. I would have loved to see more options in the mid-range price point. One aspect that could use improvement is the wait time. I had to wait about 15 minutes past my appointment time, and while the waiting area was comfortable, I would have preferred a quicker start. Nonetheless, the staff kept me updated, which made the wait more bearable. Overall, I left feeling satisfied with my new glasses and grateful for the care I received.
