I recently had an appointment at this eye care center, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which is always a plus when you’re there for an eye exam. I was particularly impressed by how thorough the optometrist was during my exam. Not only did they take their time to explain each step, but they also answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I appreciated the detailed discussion about different lens options afterward, as well. Their selection of frames is fantastic; I found multiple pairs that I loved! I ended up purchasing a gorgeous pair of glasses that were reasonably priced and fit perfectly. However, I did notice that the store could benefit from more seating in the waiting area during peak hours—it was a bit crowded when I was there. Overall, I left feeling confident in my new glasses and grateful for the attentive service. I can’t wait to go back for my next checkup! Truly, this place stands out for its commitment to customer care and quality service.
