I can't say enough good things about my experience at this tire shop! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a cheerful staff member who made me feel welcome. I had come in for a simple tire rotation, but they noticed my front tires were wearing unevenly. They took the time to explain the issue in detail and recommended a few options for replacement. I was impressed with their honesty and transparency; they could have easily just done the rotation without mentioning it. I decided to have them replace the tires, and the turnaround time was quicker than I expected! While I waited, I noticed that the waiting area was clean and well-maintained, and they even had coffee available. One small suggestion would be to improve the Wi-Fi connection, as it was a bit spotty. All in all, this place is a gem, and I’ll definitely return for future services!
