Just got my car serviced here, and I’m quite satisfied with the results. The mechanics did a great job fixing my vehicle, which had been acting up lately. The prices were reasonable, and I really appreciated the transparency of the staff throughout the process. They kept me informed every step of the way. However, I did notice that their phone line was a bit busy when I tried to call for an appointment. It took a few tries to get through, which was slightly frustrating, but once I got there, everything went smoothly. I had a rather excellent experience at this auto repair center! I was in a bit of a bind with my car making strange noises right before a road trip. I walked in without an appointment, hoping for a miracle, and to my surprise, they were able to fit me in for an inspection. The staff was courteous and understanding of my situation. They quickly diagnosed a problem with my alternator and explained my options clearly. The pricing was fair, and they even offered to show me the old part that they replaced, which I appreciated for the transparency. My only suggestion would be to improve the waiting area. While it was clean, it could use a few more chairs since it was crowded when I arrived. It would also be nice to have some magazines or a TV to pass the time. Still, I highly recommend this place. They got me back on the road in no time, and I felt very taken care of throughout the process.

I recently had my car serviced here, and I can’t recommend this auto repair shop enough! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate how they explained the problem to me in layman's terms and provided a detailed estimate before doing any extra work. The waiting area was comfortable, and they even had coffee available, which was a nice touch! The only downside was that the shop was pretty busy, which led to a slightly longer wait time than expected, but honestly, it's worth it when you see how well they treat their customers. I left feeling confident in the repairs and with a clear understanding of what to watch for in the future.
