I can't say enough good things about this dental practice! From booking my appointment to the actual visit, everything was seamless. The staff is warm and welcoming, and I genuinely felt cared for throughout my appointment. The hygienist explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable, which is a big plus for me. After several visits, I can confidently say that this dental office is a gem! The staff is kind and always makes me feel welcome. I've had a couple of cleanings and a filling done here, and each time, the dentist was not only skilled but also took the time to reassure me and explain the process in detail. The staff are excellent, from the receptionist who checked me in to the dental assistant who helped prep me for my appointment. The dentist herself was incredibly understanding and took time to listen to my concerns about previous dental experiences. During the procedure, she was attentive, making sure I was comfortable and pain-free. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to agree to additional services or treatments I didn't ask for. The follow-up call the next day was a nice touch, showing they genuinely care about their patients. My only suggestion would be to consider extending Saturday hours since my work schedule is pretty hectic during the week. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely continue coming here for my dental care!
