I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I honestly can’t recommend this automotive shop enough! From the moment I stepped in, I felt like a valued customer. I had an issue with my transmission, and I was very anxious about the repair costs, but they provided a fair estimate and kept me informed throughout the process. What stood out to me was their commitment to customer education – they walked me through what was wrong and how they fixed it. Plus, the shop is fully wheelchair accessible, which is a huge plus for me. The only thing I would love to see in the future is extended weekend hours, but other than that, I am extremely satisfied with their service.
