I recently visited this hair salon and my experience was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a beautiful ambiance. I was looking for a fresh look, possibly a bob with some layers, and she nailed it! I could tell she was very skilled and knowledgeable, which gave me confidence in her abilities. What I loved most was that she didn't rush through the appointment; she focused on each detail, ensuring everything was perfect. The wash and scalp massage were heavenly, a nice touch that made the experience feel even more luxurious. My only minor critique would be the wait time; I arrived a bit early and ended up waiting about 15 minutes past my appointment slot. However, the service more than made up for it. I had my first appointment at this salon last week and I am beyond thrilled! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. My hairstylist was attentive and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. I had a color treatment done, and let me tell you, the results were stunning! The color is vibrant and exactly what I wanted. I especially appreciated how she explained the products she used and even gave me some tips on how to maintain my hair at home. The only thing I would suggest is to offer more flexibility in their scheduling; I had a bit of trouble finding a time that worked with my tight schedule. That said, the quality of service really makes it worth it! I'm really looking forward to my next appointment and trying out some new styles!

I had a pretty good experience at this salon! The atmosphere was nice and the staff were friendly. I got a haircut and they did a decent job, although I felt like my stylist could have been a bit more attentive to my requests. Nonetheless, the haircut turned out well, and I've been happy with it since. Overall, I would recommend it for a solid salon experience.
