I recently visited for a makeover, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The service was fantastic—everyone was friendly and professional, which made me feel really comfortable. My stylist was amazing and transformed my hair beautifully, giving me a fresh new look that turned out better than I expected! The styling products used smelled divine, and I could tell they were high quality. However, I did find the wait time a bit longer than I anticipated. I arrived on time for my appointment and ended up waiting about 15 minutes before getting started. I understand things can get busy, but a little more efficiency would have made it even better. Still, I’m thrilled with my hair and can’t wait to show it off. I will definitely return, but I might call ahead to check the schedule next time!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience! From the moment I stepped inside, the atmosphere was inviting and cozy. The staff greeted me warmly, and I immediately felt at ease. I had an appointment for a color and cut, and my stylist took the time to consult with me about what I wanted. She was incredibly knowledgeable about hair types and colors, which made me feel confident in her recommendations. I showed her a few pictures of what I had in mind, and she skillfully blended shades that suited my complexion. The end result? A gorgeous balayage that I absolutely love! I also appreciated how the stylist explained each step of the process, as well as the products she was using. The only minor feedback I would offer is that it would be nice to have some light music playing in the background. It was so quiet at times that I almost felt like I was whispering! Overall, though, this place is a gem. I'll definitely be returning for my next hair appointment, plus recommending it to friends and family.

What a fantastic experience! I popped in for a quick trim and was blown away by how friendly and attentive the staff were. My stylist was super skilled and really took the time to listen to what I wanted, which made a huge difference. The place is also very clean and well-organized, making it a pleasant environment to be in. I was in and out in under an hour, which was perfect for my schedule. The only thing I'd suggest is maybe extending the hours on Saturdays—I’d love to come in for a more relaxed visit when I’m not rushing. Overall, I left feeling fabulous and will definitely be back soon.
