They had so many design options! When I picked it up, the quality was absolutely exceptional. The leather feels so durable, and the engraving was flawless. I also appreciated how they took the time to ensure I was happy with every aspect, from the design to the final product. The only thing I’d suggest is extending your hours just a bit on weekends, as I’d love to stop by then! Overall, a fantastic experience.
