I recently began my fitness journey and can honestly say it has been a fantastic experience so far! The trainer I’ve been working with is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping clients achieve their goals. The workouts are challenging but also fun, which keeps me motivated to show up each week. I really appreciate how they emphasize proper form and technique, which has helped me feel more confident in my movements. However, I wish there were more group classes offered, as I enjoy the camaraderie of working out with others.
