I can't say enough good things about my visit! As someone who has been through several orthopedic consultations, this one stood out for all the right reasons. The doctor was incredibly thorough and took the time to really listen to my concerns about my shoulder pain. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern and clean facility. The receptionist greeted me with a smile, and I barely waited to see the doctor. He was patient and answered all my questions about my surgery in detail, which calmed my nerves considerably. I appreciated the follow-up call the next day to check on my recovery. Honestly, the only thing I could think of that could improve would be to have more flexible hours for those who work during the week. But overall, a great experience!
