I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this computer repair service! After my desktop crashed unexpectedly, I was in a bit of a panic. I called them up, and the person on the phone was super friendly and assured me they could help. I dropped my computer off the next day, and the staff was incredibly professional. They diagnosed the problem quickly and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I appreciated that they offered to recover my files as well, which was a huge relief! The turnaround time was surprisingly fast, and the price was very reasonable considering the quality of service I received. The only thing I would suggest is to have more clear signage outside, as it took me a moment to find the entrance. But once I was inside, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. I will definitely return if I have any more tech issues in the future!
