I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Yoon. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, I felt supported every step of the way. The first time I walked into the clinic, I was greeted warmly by the receptionists, which immediately put me at ease. One of the things I truly appreciated was how thoroughly Dr. Yoon explained my diagnosis and treatment options. He has a way of making complex medical terms easy to understand, and he encouraged me to ask questions, which I found very reassuring. After my surgery, I received a detailed recovery plan, and the physical therapy recommendations were spot on. My recovery went smoother than I expected! On a constructive note, I did notice that the wait times could be extended during peak hours, which can be frustrating. I would suggest improving the scheduling system if possible. I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Yoon! He performed surgery on my shoulder, and I can honestly say it was life-changing. The pain I had been living with for years is gone! His staff was also very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I did wish there were more appointment slots available, as it was tough to get in for my follow-ups. But overall, I'm thrilled with my results and would highly recommend Dr. Yoon to anyone needing orthopedic help.
