I had an excellent experience here after a minor fender bender. The staff was incredibly helpful and made me feel at ease during the whole process. They provided a thorough estimate and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs, which I appreciated. The work was done in a timely manner, and the communication throughout was top-notch. They kept me updated on the progress and even notified me as soon as my car was ready. I only wish they had a waiting area with coffee or snacks; I had to wait outside while they worked on my car. Overall, I'm very impressed with the quality of the work and the customer service. I would definitely return for any future auto body needs!

After my car was hit in the parking lot, I was devastated but had no idea where to go for repairs. A friend recommended this place, and I couldn't be more grateful! The staff greeted me warmly and assured me they would take great care of my car. I was amazed at how quickly they assessed the damage and provided me with a detailed estimate without any hidden fees. They even helped me coordinate with my insurance, which made the entire process so much smoother. The work was completed ahead of schedule, and they did an outstanding job; my car looked brand new! I was especially impressed with the little touches, like cleaning the interior and exterior of my car after the repair, which was unexpected and much appreciated. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps offering a shuttle service or loaner cars for customers who need to be somewhere while their vehicles are being repaired. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would recommend them without hesitation.
