I had my first appointment here last week, and honestly, it was a great experience! The staff was friendly and professional from start to finish. The dental hygienist was super gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. What impressed me most was how thoroughly Dr. Lee explained my treatment options. I felt like they genuinely cared about helping me maintain my dental health. The ambiance of the office is calming, which is a plus for someone who tends to get anxious. I can't say enough good things about this dental practice! The entire team is welcoming, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. Dr. Smith is not only knowledgeable but also takes the time to ensure you understand the procedures. I had a cavity filled, and the process was quick and painless! The office is spacious, and I loved the calming music they played during my appointment. Also, I appreciated their efforts to maintain a clean and safe environment. The only thing I wish was different is their Saturday hours; I’d love it if they opened for a few hours! But overall, I am beyond satisfied and will continue to recommend them to family and friends.
