I recently had an eye exam with Dr. Hupp, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. First off, the office is very well-maintained and has a welcoming atmosphere. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who made the check-in process smooth and easy. I really appreciated how the waiting area was comfortable and had plenty of seating. My experience with this ophthalmologist was quite positive! The appointment was easy to schedule online, which I appreciated. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and made the process seamless. Dr. Hupp was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining my concerns in detail. I felt like he really listened to me and addressed everything I was worried about. The eye tests were thorough yet not uncomfortable at all. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps a bit more signage in the office to guide new patients about where to go for different tests. Otherwise, I had a great visit!
