Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! I went in for a routine cleaning and left with a great smile and a better understanding of my oral health. The receptionist was very welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. I loved that they offered a tour of the facility, which is not something I've experienced before. During my cleaning, the hygienist was incredibly detail-oriented and explained everything she was doing, which made me feel much more at ease. I recently started going here after my previous dentist retired, and I’m really happy with my choice! The office is bright and modern, which makes a big difference—who doesn’t want to feel comfortable in a dental office? The staff is friendly, and I appreciate how they take the time to explain the various treatment options available to you. I had a tooth extraction, and while I was nervous, the dentist made sure I was well-informed and as comfortable as possible throughout the process. My only feedback is that they could improve their appointment reminder system; I missed a follow-up because I didn’t receive a call or text. Nonetheless, I’ll be returning for my future dental needs!

I particularly loved how the dental assistants engaged in light banter while prepping for my procedure; it helped distract me from my usual nerves. The dentist was not only skilled but also took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. I had a cavity filled, and honestly, it was much less painful than I anticipated! The only reason I'm not giving a full five stars is that I had to wait a bit longer than expected for my appointment time—about 20 minutes. However, I understand that good dental care can sometimes lead to delays. All in all, I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a gentle and attentive dental team.
