As a long-time member, I have always appreciated the exceptional service and community involvement provided by this credit union. They have a range of products that cater to different needs, from personal loans to savings accounts, and I've used several of their offerings over the years. What really stands out, however, is their commitment to helping members improve their financial literacy. They frequently host workshops that cover important topics, like budgeting and saving for retirement, which I found very beneficial. The only area they could improve on is their weekend hours, as closing on Sundays can be inconvenient for those of us with busy schedules. Nonetheless, their staff is always cheerful and willing to assist during the week, which makes a huge difference. I truly feel valued as a member here.

I recently switched to this credit union after being with a large bank for years, and I’m so glad I did! The transition was seamless, and I found the staff to be welcoming and attentive. They offered me lower interest rates on my loans, which was one of the main reasons for my switch. I also appreciate their focus on technology; the mobile app is easy to use and provides all the features I need to manage my accounts effectively. One little thing I wish they would improve is the wait time during busy periods; I’ve noticed that it can get a bit crowded on Fridays. Perhaps adding more staff during peak hours would help alleviate that. Overall, I’m thrilled with my decision to join this credit union and look forward to a long relationship with them!
