The team was very accommodating when I made my appointment, and they even offered me a flexible schedule that fit my busy life. During my visit, I was pleasantly surprised by how much time the dermatologist spent with me. She listened carefully to my history and didn’t rush through the exam. What really stood out was her personalized approach to my treatment plan. She suggested a combination of topical treatments and lifestyle changes that I could easily integrate into my daily routine. I’ve already started to see improvements, and I can't thank her enough! The only suggestion I’d make is to have more reading material in the waiting area—perhaps some magazines or pamphlets that can keep patients engaged while waiting. Overall, I am thrilled with the service and care I received.
