They explained each step while styling my hair, which I appreciated; it made me feel involved in the process. The haircut was fantastic, and I love how it turned out! They even offered some styling tips that I’ve been using ever since. The only thing that could improve is the wait time, as I had to wait about 15 minutes past my appointment. While I understand things can get busy, a little more communication on delays would be great. Still, the end result made it worth it, and I'm happy to have found my new salon!
