I can’t express how grateful I am for the exceptional service I received at this medical supply store. My elderly mother needed a new mobility scooter, and I was overwhelmed by the choices available. Thankfully, the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to explain the different models, focusing on features that would best suit my mom's needs, such as comfort and ease of use. We ended up choosing a scooter that not only fits her perfectly but also has a stylish design! What impressed me the most was how they allowed my mom to test out the scooter in-store, ensuring she felt comfortable before making the purchase. The entire experience felt personal, and I left knowing we made the right choice. The only suggestion I have is to perhaps have a few more scooters available for testing; it would make the decision-making process even easier. What a fantastic experience shopping here! I needed a new wheelchair, and the staff made the entire process seamless. They were very attentive and really listened to what I was looking for. The wheelchair I ended up with is lightweight and easy to maneuver, which has made my life so much easier. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

I stumbled upon this medical supply store while looking for some equipment for my grandmother, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure I found what I needed. They even took the time to show me how to use the new shower chair I purchased. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness of the store and how well-organized everything was, making it easy to find specific items. It's clear they care about their customers and want to make the experience as comfortable as possible. The only thing I would suggest is maybe hosting a few workshops on using the various equipment, as that could really benefit people who are unfamiliar with them. Still, I left with exactly what I needed and a sense of relief. This place is now my go-to for any medical supplies needed!

I recently had to buy a walker for my father, and I’m really pleased with my experience! The selection was quite impressive, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped me find the perfect walker that suited his style and needs. It even has a seat, which is great for him! I appreciated how they explained the warranty details as well. My only minor complaint was that it took a little while to get assistance at the counter, but once I had someone to help me, everything went smoothly. Overall, a fantastic place for medical supplies!
