The mechanic, Mike, was super knowledgeable and took the time to break down the issues without using any confusing jargon. What impressed me the most was their honesty. They could have easily recommended a bunch of unnecessary repairs, but instead, they prioritized what really needed to be done and gave me a clear breakdown of the costs associated with each repair.
