I went to see Dr. Hecox after injuring my shoulder during a weekend hike, and I can't express enough how grateful I am for his expertise. The x-ray results were explained clearly, and I felt reassured knowing I was in good hands. The staff at the office was also very helpful and efficient; I was in and out without feeling rushed at all. I had a follow-up visit a few weeks later, and his approach to my recovery was very encouraging. He had practical advice on physical therapy that I'm incorporating into my routine. The only downside was the wait time during my first visit, which was longer than expected, but I believe it was due to him taking extra time with each patient. Overall, I'm very happy with the care I received and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing an orthopedic specialist!
