I can't say enough good things about my experience here. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel at ease discussing my car troubles. I brought my car in for brake issues, and they not only fixed it quickly but also provided me with a detailed explanation of what had gone wrong and how they fixed it. They even showed me the old parts they replaced! The transparency in their work was refreshing and made me trust them immediately. I had such a great experience at this auto repair shop! I went in for a diagnostic because my check engine light was on, and I was really worried. The staff was so helpful and took the time to explain what could be causing the problem. They ended up finding a minor issue that they fixed on the spot for a very reasonable price. I was in and out much quicker than I anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise. The technician was polite and professional, and I felt well-informed throughout the whole process. I recently took my car in for a routine maintenance check, and overall, it was a solid experience. The staff was welcoming and very professional. I appreciated how they kept me updated on the status of the service, and they explained the different options available for my vehicle. I felt like they genuinely cared about my needs. However, I did notice that the waiting time was a bit longer than I expected, especially for a simple oil change. They were busy, which is usually a good sign, but I had to wait about an hour and a half. Aside from that, the quality of work was excellent, and my car felt like new when I drove it out of there. I would recommend them, but maybe consider calling ahead if you're in a hurry!

My mechanic, Alex, was super knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs, which I really appreciated. I was expecting a hefty bill, but it was quite reasonable for the quality of service I received. The waiting area was comfortable, too, with free coffee and Wi-Fi, so I didn’t mind the wait. If I had to nitpick, I’d say their Saturday hours could be a bit more flexible, but it’s a minor drawback considering how well they handled my car. Overall, I left feeling confident in my car's health and relieved that I finally found a reliable shop. I’ll definitely be returning for any future needs!
