What a gem of a place! I went in to get my grandmother's old watch repaired, and I was amazed by how knowledgeable and friendly the staff were. They explained the entire repair process to me and even suggested some ways to enhance the watch's appearance. The repair was done quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable cost. It felt great to support a local business that truly cares about its customers. The only thing I would suggest is having a more visible signage outside; I almost walked past it! But once inside, it was all smooth sailing. I’ll definitely be returning for future jewelry needs!

I've had the best experience with this wonderful jewelry store. I brought in an heirloom bracelet that needed some repairs, and the staff treated it with so much care and respect. They explained each step of the repair process and offered to redesign parts that were showing wear. I felt confident leaving my treasured piece in their hands. The results were incredible, and it looked better than I imagined! They have a great selection of pieces available for purchase as well, with something for every taste. I would have appreciated a bit more information on their warranty or guarantee policies on repairs, just for peace of mind, but everything else was impeccable.
