I recently visited the cosmetics section inside JCPenney, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who seemed genuinely excited to help me find what I needed. I was specifically looking for a new foundation, and one of the beauty advisors took the time to match my skin tone perfectly. She asked questions about my skin type and preferences, which made me feel valued as a customer. What stood out to me was the wide variety of products available, from high-end brands to some great affordable options. I also loved the little testers available, which allowed me to try before I bought! The atmosphere was bright and inviting, making it a fun shopping experience. My only small critique would be that the store was a bit busy on the day I visited, so I had to wait a few minutes to get assistance, but it was worth it for the personalized service. The staff was incredibly helpful; one lady spent a good chunk of time with me, guiding me through their various product lines and suggesting items based on my skin type and preferences. I particularly enjoyed testing out some of the new skincare lines they had. The atmosphere was vibrant, and the layout was well-organized, which made it easy to navigate. However, I did notice that some of the testers were running low or needed to be replaced, which could have been a better experience for customers wanting to try before they buy. That said, I still found some amazing products, including a highlighter that I can't stop raving about! I appreciated the overall vibe of the store and the friendly service I received.
