This place is a paradise for spa lovers! My wife and I went in search of a new hot tub and were blown away by the variety. The staff was extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision. They even allowed us to test a few models, which was a nice touch. We ended up getting a beautiful model that has become the centerpiece of our backyard. It's spacious, comfortable, and easy to maintain. The only suggestion I would make is for more in-store demonstrations; it would be great to see the products in action. Still, we are absolutely thrilled with our purchase and can’t recommend this store enough!

Absolutely love my new hot tub! I visited this store after hearing great things from friends, and I must say, they didn't disappoint. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a knowledgeable staff who genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit. They really took the time to explain all the features and even recommended some fantastic accessories that I hadn’t thought about. The delivery team was also top-notch—they arrived on time and set everything up quickly. My only small piece of feedback would be to improve their signage outside; I almost missed the entrance! Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’ve been enjoying my hot tub every evening since! Highly recommend!

The delivery was smooth and they set everything up without any hassle. The hot tub itself is fantastic—very well-built and comfortable. I’ve already hosted a few friends over for spa nights, and they were in awe! My only minor feedback would be that the store hours could be a bit more flexible; I wish they were open on weekends since that's when I have more free time. I visited this store last week and walked away with a great experience! The selection of hot tubs is impressive, to say the least. I was particularly drawn to the energy-efficient models they offer. The salesperson was patient and answered all my questions thoroughly, which made me feel confident in my decision. I loved the relaxed atmosphere—no pressure at all! However, I think they could improve on the waiting time for service; there were a few customers ahead of me, and it took a while to get assistance. But once I was helped, I was very satisfied with the recommendations I received. Overall, I left with a really good feeling and can’t wait to enjoy my new spa!

What a charming little gem! I stumbled upon this hot tub store while searching for a replacement for my old spa, and I'm so glad I did. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making the shopping experience enjoyable. I particularly appreciated how they offered me a variety of choices without overwhelming me. I ended up buying a compact model perfect for my backyard. The only thing I found slightly frustrating was the limited payment options; I would have loved to use a different form of payment.
