The range of pasta shapes is impressive, from classic spaghetti to more exotic varieties like squid ink linguine! I decided to try their handmade ravioli, stuffed with ricotta and herbs, and it was nothing short of divine. Cooking it was a breeze, and it paired beautifully with a simple olive oil and garlic sauce. The staff was incredibly passionate and offered tips on how to cook it to perfection.
