Visiting Dr. Wong was a very positive experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. The office has a calm ambiance, and the staff was quick to assist me. Dr. Wong herself is warm and professional, and she really took her time during the consultation. I was impressed by how she explained the procedures, especially since I was a bit anxious. The only thing I would suggest is better signage for the waiting area since I got a bit lost trying to find it. Nevertheless, I would recommend her to anyone looking for eye care. Great overall service!

I've been going to see Dr. Wong for my eye care for the last couple of years, and I can't say enough good things about her. The moment you walk in, the office feels welcoming and organized, which is a huge plus when you're dealing with something as sensitive as your eyesight. Dr. Wong is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail, which really puts me at ease. I had an issue with dry eyes, and she suggested a treatment plan that has worked wonders for me! The staff is also friendly, which makes each visit a pleasant experience. My only suggestion would be to consider extending hours on Fridays, as it's sometimes hard to make appointments on weekdays, but overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the care I've received.
