I signed up for a savings account and a credit card, and both have been fantastic! The credit card offers some great cash-back rewards that fit my lifestyle perfectly. I also appreciate the transparency in their fees. Unlike my previous bank, I don’t feel like I'm being hit with unexpected charges every month. However, I do wish their ATM network was a bit larger. On a couple of occasions, I found it slightly inconvenient to find an ATM in my area that wouldn’t charge me an out-of-network fee. Other than that, I have no complaints! The overall vibe here is refreshing compared to traditional banks, and I love that they put the members first. If you’re considering a switch, give them a try!
