I recently took my two terriers for a grooming session, and I cannot praise the staff enough! They were so attentive and took the time to listen to my concerns about my dogs' coats. They managed to tame the tangles and give them a lovely trim without making it a stressful experience for them. The groomers were professional and clearly had a love for animals, which made me feel confident leaving my pups in their care. The end result was absolutely stunning; both dogs looked and smelled amazing! One thing I noticed was that while the grooming area was clean and organised, it could benefit from a little more ventilation, as it got quite warm during the visit. Nonetheless, this did not detract from the excellent service we received. I will be returning and recommending this place to all my friends with furry companions. Great job!

As a first-time pet owner, I was quite anxious about getting my Labrador groomed. I stumbled upon this grooming service and decided to give it a go based on the glowing reviews. The moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The groomers took the time to explain each step and what to expect, which put my mind at ease. They even showed me how to maintain my dog’s coat between visits. My dog was a bit apprehensive at first, but the staff were so patient and gentle that he quickly warmed up to them. The only small downside was that the grooming took a bit longer than anticipated, but I appreciated the thoroughness. At the end of it, my dog was absolutely radiant and the prices were quite reasonable. I’m very satisfied with the service and will certainly keep coming back for more grooming sessions. Overall, a positive experience that I’d recommend to anyone in the area!

I took my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel here for a grooming session, and I must say I was absolutely thrilled with the results! The staff were incredibly friendly and took their time to understand my dog's specific needs. They had a lovely selection of shampoos and we opted for a lavender-scented one, which left my pup smelling divine. The whole grooming process was handled with such care, it was clear that they really know their stuff. My dog came out looking sharp and undeniably happier. The only minor issue was the waiting area; it could use a little more seating for pet owners. However, the overall experience was fantastic, and I will definitely be returning for future grooming sessions. Highly recommend this place to any dog owner who wants the best for their furry friend!

Absolutely loved the grooming service here! My Poodle came home looking fabulous and so much more comfortable. The staff was attentive and made sure to check in with me about what I wanted for him. I'm very pleased, but the only thing I wish is that they had some more pet-themed decor in the waiting area to make it feel a little more homely. Still, a great experience overall!
