I had a great experience at this auto repair shop! I took my SUV in after it started making a strange noise, and I was really impressed by how quickly they identified the problem. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. They offered me a few options, which I appreciated, and there was no pressure to go with the most expensive solution. The repairs were completed within the time frame they promised, and my SUV drives like new again! They even washed it before handing it back, which was a lovely surprise. The waiting area was nice, with free Wi-Fi and coffee, making my wait a lot more comfortable. If I had to give some constructive feedback, it would be to improve their scheduling system. I had to wait a bit longer than expected at one point because they seemed a bit busy. Nonetheless, I’ve already recommended this place to my friends and family, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
