I had a really positive experience at this office. The doctor was easy to talk to and made sure I felt comfortable during my visit. The staff was really nice too! I had such a great experience at this otolaryngologist's office! My previous experiences with similar specialists were quite stressful, but Dr. Hsu completely changed my perspective. He was not only knowledgeable but also very personable, which really helped me feel comfortable during the examination. The way he explained everything in layman's terms made it easy for me to understand the diagnosis and treatment options for my ear issues. His staff was equally impressive; they were organized and maintained a friendly demeanor throughout my visit. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick the follow-up was after my appointment, which showed their commitment to patient care. The only thing I would suggest is having more clear signage for new patients, as I had a little trouble finding the office. But once I was in, the experience was stellar! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a caring and competent otolaryngologist.

I can't say enough good things about my visit! The staff was super friendly, and I felt at ease right from the start.
